I think my new dent might be too much for PDR. :-(

I’m so upset. I don’t want bondo or body filler or whatever else on my practically brand new car. But I don’t want this ugly ass dent, either.

Yeah, it looks doable. I’ve had worse come out.

PDR will be able to pull the dent for sure, but it looks like there is a scratch too.

But not for a PBR! Have a few and then you won’t care.

I’ve seen skilled body shop guys work miracles with a heat gun and the right tools.

It’s actually more of a scuff. I think I can clay bar it.

Get a couple of quotes. The first guy may not want or be able to do the job but the next one may. Maybe even ask your Dealer who they use.

About the dent? Or how shitty PBR tastes?

Had a brand new ‘87 300D. I’d park it far away from other cars. One day I took mom to dinner - when I came out, a giant ding in the back door where someone with (probably) a Cutlass had parked right next to me for no reason and flung their giant GM overachiever door into my lovely new dark blue car.

People are shit. Have I mentioned that?

As long as the paint isn’t cracked, there’s not much those guys can’t fix. The other challenge is access behind the dent but even that is less of a challenge these days with the adhesive pull pins they use now.

PDR - How does it work?

Kinja'd!!!

But seriously, if someone is good at PDR, it is remarkable how much they can undo.

What's PDR? Genuinely I don't know

Paintless dent removal. Involves pulling the dent out and massaging the metal to get rid of the crease.

Quit speculating and go get an estimate. No sense in getting all worked up until they tell you it can't be done.

I'm going to start getting estimates on my lunch hour Monday morning. Can't do much until then.

A good PDR guy can get that out. I’ve had a similar one, it cost $100, and took him a hour to get out. If you look back thru my history you can see the before/after.
